stillness is not still

stillness is not still

Stillness is misunderstood.

People think it means nothing is moving.

But stillness is not the absence of movement.
It is the absence of conflict.

✦ 𖣐 ✦

Everything is moving.

Your breath.
Your body.
Your thoughts.
The ocean.
The planets.
The tiny dramatic group chat happening inside your nervous system.

Movement is not the problem.

Contradiction is.

✦ 𖣐 ✦

In most systems, one part moves while another resists.

Energy gets pulled in two directions.
The body tightens.
The mind loops.
The signal gets noisy.

You are technically functioning.
But not exactly flowing.

✦ 𖣐 ✦

Alignment changes this.

Not by making you motionless.
Not by turning you into a serene little statue with perfect boundaries and suspiciously hydrated skin.

Alignment works by removing the internal argument.

The push.
The pull.
The places where you are moving against yourself.

✦ 𖣐 ✦

When nothing is pulling out of place, the system can move without fighting itself.

That is why true stillness does not feel frozen.

It feels resolved.

Like the exhale after you finally tell the truth.
Like water finding its level.
Like your body remembering it was never supposed to be a battlefield.

✦ 𖣐 ✦

Most people try to become still.

They force quiet.
They perform calm.
They try to look peaceful while their entire inner world is rearranging furniture.

But stillness is not something you force.

It is what appears when the interference is gone.

✦ 𖣐 ✦

You do not create stillness.

You remove what keeps interrupting it.

The over-explaining.
The self-abandoning.
The old pattern dressed up as intuition.
The yes that should have been a no.
The noise you keep calling responsibility.

✦ 𖣐 ✦

Stillness is not empty.

It is aligned movement.

No contradiction.
No performance.
No spiritual customer service voice.

Just the quiet order underneath everything,
finally allowed to do what it already knows how to do.

✦ 𖣐 ✦

Not frozen.

Resolved.

Wear the reminder.
